Pregnancy Massage
Nourishing and healing massage therapy specifically designed to support individuals throughout all trimesters of pregnancy.
Sessions work to provide relief from pain, tightness, and discomfort experienced as the body changes during pregnancy.
Specialized cushions and pillows are used during this treatment and allow for face-down work throughout all 3 trimesters, as well as side-lying, and semi-reclined positions.
After your baby arrives, post-partum massage helps to reduce back pain from holding, carrying, and feeding little ones, as well as providing emotional support and stress relief.

Pregnancy Yoga
Support your journey through pregnancy with a private one-to-one prenatal or postnatal yoga class. Learn pregnancy-specific poses and postures to release areas of discomfort and tightness, connect with your baby, and help prepare your body for labor.
Previous experience practicing yoga is not necessary. All sessions will be at your own pace. For postnatal sessions, your little one is welcome to join! A lot of babies really enjoy the interaction from yoga sessions with their parents!

Functional core restore postnatal program
This 6 week program works to restore core function and strength postpartum.
During pregnancy, many muscles in the core get over stretched and it is common for certain muscles to over work while others switch off. This program gently teaches the body how to reconnect to and activate those ‘switched off’ muscle groups so that you can regain function, stability, and strength.
Sessions are weekly and you will be guided through a simple daily check in to practice at home in between. Just 10 minutes a day makes a huge difference!
Symptoms of poor core activation postpartum include low and mid back pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and pelvic floor dysfunction.
This program is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.
It is never too late to start working on your core function. Many moms still find great improvement working on this even years postpartum!

what to expect
Our massage therapy sessions are designed to provide you with the highest level of comfort; think large cozy flannel sheets, fleece blankets, and padded headrest covers. During the cold months, we offer a heated blanket too.
Our oils are organic and Rachel’s training in aromatherapy means that all the oils are blended in-house. We offer two custom blends; one to reduce muscle tension and the other to enhance relaxation. We also use natural beeswax and essential oil products, which are wonderful on dry hands and feet in the winter. You can opt for an organic grapeseed oil if you want to avoid scents and essential oils.
At the end of every massage therapy appointment, a hot ginger, lemon, and raw honey tea is offered as a natural detox to complete your session.
